Shed 'n Shred would like to thank you for coming out to our combined-bootcamp event that we had on Sat, January 24th. It was a cold morning, but nothing held you back! We had a great time meeting you and pushing you through a fun (yet challenging) workout!
Just like our demo workout routine we use HIIT (high intensity interval training), plyometrics, battle ropes, resistance training, and more in our typical weekly classes.
We would love to have you try out either of our bootcamp locations.
And I would like to especially thank my friends in fitness! Without the other two bootcamps this event wouldn't have been as fun, special, and meaningful. So, BIG HUGS to Bombshell Bootcamp & Urban Mom Bootcamp. We are all working towards the same goal and that is to get Houston movin', sweatin', and healthier. The more you workout, that happier we are. All of our camps are very affordable and should allow you to do multiple camps (if needed).
