It’s steaming hot this summer in Houston and you (most likely) feel my pain no matter where you are in the US right now, which led me on a hunt to find something that would cool us off after our workouts.
After seeing ProYo multiple times on creditable media posts like, Women’s Health Magazine, Runner’s World, PopSugar Fitness and the Today Show I decided to give ProYo a try. Wow! No wonder there is such a craze about these bad boys! They are delicious!!! But before I get into too much detail about how wonderful they taste, let me first tell you what sold my health freak-self first!

Now that you are just as sold as I was when I first did my research on the health benefits of ProYo, let me take you with me as I initially opened the package to my first box of ProYo. I guess I should first tell you that I brought home every flavor they had…
It was a tough decision on which flavor to try first, but because I had my sweet little family there with me and they knew exactly what they wanted I went ahead and chose what was left. My husband chose Vanilla Bean, my 9 year old (Bryce) picked Banana Vanilla, my youngest who's 8 (Brayden) quickly snagged Dutch Chocolate (no surprise there, he’s a chocoholic) & so I took on the Blueberry Pomegranate.
The directions instruct you to let the tube sit out and thaw for 3-5 minutes before consuming, so that’s what we did. Letting it thaw for a few minutes made the yogurt irresistibly soft and squeezable. We were all instantly in heaven! I had no idea we were going to love ProYo as much as we did. They are rich, creamy, and delightful. Each of us since then has tried all of the flavors and even though they’re all delicious we have each chosen our favorites.
