The weather here in Texas has been absolutely amazing this Spring Break! Our little Zoë was still in school 3 days a week so I used that time as an opportunity to connect with our older two (11 & 10 yrs old). We spent practically all of Monday and Wednesday at the park playing volleyball and basketball and enjoying lunch in a picnic fashion.
Yesterday, my Shed 'n Shred class was canceled so I decided to film a workout that I just LOVE. After you're done with this workout, you should feel like you worked every muscle in your body... because you practically did! Clearly I'm obsessed with these bands because I use them in almost all of my workout videos. The reason why is because there is just so much you can do with them. The rotational movements are my personal favorite because they encourage your body to be more functional and increase muscle stability.
