I've been making these Peanut Butter Bites to store in my freezer for an emergency snack when I need a quick fix on busy days. I've also made them for parties where they are always a huge hit.

Vegetarian, Gluten free
Condiments
2 tbsp Honey
2/3 cup Peanut butter, creamy
Pasta & Grains
1 cup Oats, old fashioned
Baking & Spices
1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Nuts & Seeds
1/2 cup Flax seeds, ground
For those of you with kids (and you don't mind a terrible mess) you should have them help you make these. You'll both enjoy licking your fingers ;)
Oh! And something that I love to do is roll this finished recipe in shredded coconut flakes for a special touch.
