Kidz Oatmeal Raisin Muscle Bars
The boys had a sleepover last week so I made these.
As you can see they didn't last long.
1.) Put all ingredients in a blender/food processor. Blend mixture.
2.) Line a 8x8 dish with plastic wrap and pour in mixture. Use spatula to smooth & firmly press mixture until flat.
3.) Freeze for 1 hour. Cut and serve.
Makes 6. Macros: 138 cals, 5g pro, 18g carbs, 5g fat, 2g fiber
