"Going Ape" Chocolate Shake


Our three children are currently in three different schools and each school has their own start and ending time. Two of our children are in sports with their own practice times/locations and our youngest is a typical busy toddler. We’re constantly on-the-go which is why I’m thankful I was introduced to KidzShake a couple years ago. KidzShake ensures that my kiddos are getting the fuel they need to muscle through long practice sessions as well as concentrate on their studies.

Although our schedule is all over the place, the one thing that is not is our nutrition. This is one of the many recipes that I make using KidzShake that my children absolutely love and I feel good about. I hope your children enjoy it as well!

“Going Ape” Chocolate Shake

Ingredients:

Banana (frozen), 1

Coconut Milk, 8oz

Using a blender, blend all ingredients together.

Serve and enjoy!
