THE WORKOUT- +Lateral, Left Leg Lunges w/ Side Shuffle +Lateral, Right Leg Lunges w/ Side Shuffle (Repeat for 3 Sets) +Zig Zags-to-Sprint (Repeat for 4 Sets) +Leg Pumps-to-Sprint (Repeat for 2 sets on each Leg) +Squat Jumps-to-Leap Squats, Side Shuffle coming back. (Repeat for 2 sets on each Leg) VICTORY!!! You might see some kids playing around in the video. We had two friends sleepover and in the morning I brought them all to the park to have a Nerf war.
