In The Gym- Glute Workout

I've been asked to post more of my workout videos in real life speed and to explain the exercises. Well, crank up the volume so you can get the full explanation of these exercises.

1.) Double Bench Plie Squats, 4 sets x 12 reps

2.) Double Bench Single-Leg Hip Thrusts, 4 sets x 12 reps (each leg)

3.) Step-Ups, 4 sets x 15 reps

4.) Swiss Ball Leg Lift 4 sets x 15 reps
